Help with an order or transfer

• Transfer not credited? Send your bank receipt with the session ID. We open a ticket and check with the bank.
• Order pending? Your money is on hold, not spent. If it fails, it comes back to your wallet automatically.
• Wrong number? Delivered data or airtime can't be reversed.
• Bought without an account? Find my order

First reply within 2 hours during support hours (8 am to 10 pm WAT, every day). Most issues are resolved within 72 hours.

Terms (summary)

• Sentri Digital limited sells data, airtime and bills. Prices are set by Sentri Digital limited and shown before you pay.
• Your wallet is for buying only. It is not a bank account and earns no interest.
• One account per person. Sign-in is by code and a 4-digit PIN; keep both private.
• No betting or gaming products or top-ups are sold here.

Privacy (summary)

• We collect your phone, email, BVN or NIN and date of birth to verify you and prevent fraud.
• Sentri Digital limited sees your name, phone and orders. Your BVN or NIN is not shared with Sentri Digital limited.
• Login codes come from "KudiVend"; store emails come from Sentri Digital limited via noreply@stores.kudivend.com.
• Buying without an account: KudiVend keeps the payer name, paying account, your receipt contact, IP address and device id for 5 years from the checkout date. Refunds only go to the account that paid.

Refunds (summary)

• Failed orders: the money goes back to your wallet automatically.
• Balance refund: request it here. After a review it is paid to the bank account that funded your wallet, if it is in your verified name.
• Exam pins can't be refunded once shown. Orders delivered to a wrong number can't be refunded.
